After initially putting up this Terro 2500 Fruit Fly Trap, we had roughly 20 flies caught within the first 12 hours. After leaving it up a week, the liquid was filled with what looked to be at least 50 flies, if not more. True, there are still one or two flies flying around, but our infestation problem has greatly decreased. We tried home-made methods, but nothing worked nearly as well.
It’s a wonderful solution to our fruit fly problem. Just place it around fruits/food, garbage can or kitchen sink—I notice their are lots of them in the solution. I highly recommend Terro 2500 to others on here.
I must comment on the ones that say to use a home remedy, that’s great. We did try home remedies, but they didn’t work for us. I don’t understand why you’d give it a low review just because you can make a home remedy.
